Mike Horne, Managing Director
Mike Horne BEng CEng MIEE is Managing Director of AD Aerospace Ltd. After qualifying from the University of Bradford with an honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and completing a Student Apprenticeship with Marconi Avionics in 1983, he has worked extensively in video camera systems for a wide variety of purposes from missile guidance and fire control, to pipe inspection and commercial security. His work has included image intensified and thermal imaging systems. In 1995 he joined the successful video security systems company, Dedicated Microcomputers to form DM Aerospace, which later split off as an independent company AD Aerospace, specializing in the design and manufacture of video systems for aerospace. During his time at the company, Mike has overseen the development of the first "Digital Video Network Server" compatible with aerospace requirements.

Pete Ferenc, Technical Manager
Pete has been with AD Aerospace since 1997 and in the aviation industry for over 30 years. He commenced his avionics training with the Fleet Air Arm before going into the aviation field servicing and maintaining both military and commercial aircraft in this country and the Middle East. His past experiences integrate well with the new and enterprising video technological developments at AD Aerospace Ltd.

Don Slattery, Group Quality Manager
Don Slattery, BSc [Hons] MCQI, is Group Quality Manager for AD Holdings plc. Don has over 30 years experience in the aircraft industry. After securing a mechanical apprenticeship with Hawker Siddeley in 1977, Don qualified in 1981 and worked for many years as Production Fitter and then Inspector with British Aerospace. This was followed by spells as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and then as an Inspector and Quality Manager with a large aerospace subcontractor. In 1997 Don joined AD Aerospace as Quality Manager. Don's achievements include establishing quality systems for various AD Group companies , the achievement of various quality approvals including Boeing, EASA, Part 145, EASA Part 21 and ISO 9001-AS9100. Don facilitates quality improvement initiatives with the Group companies and has led initiatives for improved communication and co-operation between suppliers within the supply chain for aircraft video systems. Don also established an Air Operators Certificate for AD Aviation, enabling the company to fly executive air charters operations.

John Dolan, Vice President Business Development
John Dolan is the senior AD Holdings representative in the USA. John has over 25 years extensive worldwide business experience in avionics sales. His qualifications include a BSEE from Dominican College, a BA in Business from Eckard College and a MBA from UVM, Goddard College. Prior to working for AD Holdings John has worked at both Fairchild/Loral and Grimes/Honeywell in various engineering and Management positions.

Ian Radcliffe - Business Development Manager
Ian joined AD Aerospace in 2005 and is responsible for business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ian has many years exoerience working in the aerospace industry, with a extensive engineering and sales background.

Rob Davies, Marketing Manager
Rob Davies is the Marketing Manger for Aerospace and Military Applications at AD Group. He has many years experience in marketing Electronics and IT Applications particularly in the areas of TV, Cameras and Video. Rob's areas of responsibility include promotion and market research for AD Aerospace.
